@MicrosoftEdge While my personal belief is that the default change is a downgrade, Edge does now also support both
font-display
and the CSS Font Loading API—a *huge* win. Definitely a net positive on the font loading front! -
@MicrosoftEdge I’ll just say this explicitly in case it wasn’t clear: If you’re still using a web font loading polyfill, you can now make a clear-cut case to retire and remove that code 👍
