@rob_dodson @mikesherov @cmartinjr @Rich_Harris @KevinLozandier @stubbornella I think we have conflicting defs? WC can PE anything but only if you specify fallback markup. I think Rich (validly) wants to embed that fallback markup in the component definition JS instead of the component markup. That way we don't have duplicated fallback markup everywhere.
