  1. So—uh—even after a factory reset it looks like my router is intercepting all HTTP traffic and serving some kind of Cryptocurrency Miner JS & framesetting the original site in all web browsers. Does anyone have any security-conscious router recommendations? Routers are the worst.

      For those that were curious, the router is a Netgear N600 model WNDR3400v3 (2014) with the latest firmware updates installed.

      Here’s how I noticed the mining JavaScript. An http:// URL shared on Twitter whitescreened and I wanted to know why so I inspected the page. Looks like it failed in different browsers for different reasons:
